Ian started the business in 2002 to provide Excel-based financial modeling training to professionals in the financial community. Ian has built The Marquee Group into a leading provider of financial modeling training, consulting and accreditation.
Over the years, Ian has taught thousands of business professionals and university students in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Mexico. Ian is passionate about teaching and brings a hands-on, interactive approach to every course. He has developed a framework and discipline for building models and for teaching that is now used in all of The Marquee Group’s sessions.
Ian teaches at Queen’s University and is a past recipient of the “Instructor of the Year” award in the Master of Finance program at the Smith School of Business.
Prior to establishing The Marquee Group, Ian spent a number of years in the Investment Banking departments at Citigroup and BMO Capital Markets. Ian completed his Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree with academic distinction from the University of Manitoba and has also attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Tim provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to the training business at The Marquee Group. This includes managing relationships with clients and ensuring best in class training seminars are delivered.
Tim remains very active as an instructor and has taught thousands of business professionals and university students. Since 2012, he has been a Lecturer at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and is a past recipient of the “Instructor of the Year” award in the Master of Finance program.
Prior to joining The Marquee Group in early 2009, Tim had extensive experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. He was part of the senior management team at Retirement Residences REIT, a TSX listed real estate investment trust, with responsibility for business strategy, corporate finance and investor relations. Tim was also involved in negotiating the sale of the company to a private equity buyer (total value of the transaction was $2.8 billion).
Previously, Tim worked in the capital markets for over 10 years. While at a merchant bank he made private equity and mezzanine debt investments. At UBS Securities he was a sell side equity research analyst covering the Canadian oil & gas sector. As a member of the Investment Banking group at BMO Capital Markets, Tim was involved in a number of financings, mergers & acquisitions and securities valuations with clients in the oil & gas, utility and agriculture sectors.
Tim received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business. While at the Ivey Business School he taught business and entrepreneurial skills in Nizhny-Novgorord, Russia and Minsk, Belarus as part of the LEADER Project. He has also attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Dave is passionate about teaching and the industry-leading course content for which Marquee is known. When not in the classroom, Dave focuses on developing new courses, course customization for clients and other content development. Since joining Marquee in 2012, Dave has taught hundreds of courses including training programs for analysts and associates at the major banks, corporate business development and budgeting teams, undergraduate and post-graduate business students and legal professionals in Canada, the US, Mexico and China.
Previously, Dave worked in Investment Banking for over 10 years at BMO Capital Markets. While at BMO, he was a Director in Equity Capital Markets where he oversaw prospectus-offered retail structured products for the firm as well as numerous equity financings and initial public offerings. Prior to that role, he was a member of the Utilities Group and was involved in numerous financing and mergers & acquisition transactions including significant work in the renewable and alternative power sector. Prior to joining The Marquee Group, Dave was CEO and Director of a Caribbean-based private bank providing asset management, trust and corporate services for high net worth and corporate clients.
Dave received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Jon joined Marquee in early 2009 and is responsible for leading the firm’s consulting practice. He is focused on helping clients improve their Excel-based decision-making tools, so they can spend less time struggling with models and more time thinking about their businesses. Jon is involved in all of Marquee’s consulting mandates, overseeing model design as well as process management, and ensures that all models adhere to Marquee’s industry-leading best practices.
Jon is also regularly involved in teaching Marquee courses, and enjoys working with participants at bank programs, corporations, professional societies and business schools.
Before joining Marquee, Jon spent over a decade as an investment banking professional, advising clients on a wide range of transactions and opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, restructurings and liability management. Jon was a Director at Citigroup, working in the firm’s New York and Toronto offices, and was focused on media and telecommunications companies including BCE, Rogers and Quebecor. Jon began his investment banking career in the Montreal offices of BMO Capital Markets, where he worked on a number of financing and advisory transactions.
A native of Montreal, Jon is fluent in English and French. Jon holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, where he served as a Teacher’s Assistant in Corporate Finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Toze has extensive capital markets experience and a passion for financial modeling and teaching. When not in the classroom, Toze focuses on business development and strategy, learning and developing new content, and providing strategic leadership and operational oversight as a Director of the Financial Modeling Institute (“FMI”).
Since joining Marquee in 2015, Toze has trained thousands of business professionals and university students throughout Canada, Europe, and the United States. As an instructor, Toze is an avid advocate of Marquee’s mission “to help finance professionals use the discipline of financial modeling to make sound business decisions.” Outside of training, Toze leads the continued growth of the financial modeling accreditation business, from its initial launch as the Financial Modeling Accreditation Program (“FinMAP”) in Canada in 2015, through the founding of the FMI in 2017, and the continued global development of this program today.
Prior to joining The Marquee Group, Toze worked at RBC Capital Markets as an Institutional Equities Liability Trader with responsibility for Canadian-listed public equities trading, capital allocation, and risk management. Previously, Toze was a member of RBC Capital Markets’ Global Equity Research department covering the Canadian Cable, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. Prior to that role, he participated in the RBC Capital Markets Global Markets Program where he worked in Global Mining Research, Foreign Exchange Trading, and Interest Rate Derivatives Trading. Before joining RBC Capital Markets, Toze worked at Scotia Capital as an Analyst within the M&A and Investment Banking groups and at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board as an Investment Finance Analyst in the Real Estate group.
Toze holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and the Advanced Financial Modeler (AFM) designation.
A Portuguese-Canadian, Toze speaks English and Portuguese.
Phil brings his extensive capital markets background to the classroom and spends his time at Marquee teaching courses in financial modeling, accounting, interview preparation, and Excel.
Outside of the classroom, Phil draws on his accounting and finance experience to create real-life teaching examples that resonate with students from varying backgrounds. He enjoys teaching students of all levels and especially those that are committed to improving themselves and their skills.
Prior to joining Marquee, Phil spent 18 years in the capital markets primarily in an institutional sales and trading role. He started his career in the investment banking group at BMO Capital Markets where he worked on several financing and advisory transactions in New York and Toronto. Most recently, Phil was a Senior Vice President on the sales and trading desk with Macquarie Capital Markets Canada where he focused on liability trading in the energy sector. Before that, he was a Managing Director on the sales and trading desk at TD Newcrest where he helped start and build the firm’s Income Trust business.
Phil received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. He also holds the CPA, CA designation, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and the Advanced Financial Modeler (AFM) designation.
Bogdan delivers a variety of courses at The Marquee Group that focus on financial modeling, data sciences, and programming. Outside of the classroom, he spends time developing new courses and training other instructors. Bogdan also provides strategic VBA programming insight on select consulting engagements and supports the Financial Modeling Institute (FMI) with exam content and grading.
As a Principal and Instructor, Bogdan teaches more than ten different courses throughout the year. He specializes in data sciences and he has helped create many new courses, including a two-day session on Python for Finance Professionals and new technical content for various bank summer training programs. On the accreditation side, Bogdan created and tested new exam questions for the inaugural sitting of the Chartered Financial Modeler (CFM) exam and also graded candidate exam submissions.
Prior to joining Marquee, Bogdan worked in the capital markets for over six years. Bogdan started his career as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at BMO Capital Markets and was promoted to an Associate. At BMO Capital Markets, Bogdan was actively involved in 14 live transactions spanning numerous industries which included Infrastructure, Metals & Mining, Financial Institutions, Media & Communications, Retail and Oil & Gas. He then joined Anson Funds, a long-short hedge fund in Toronto as an Investment Analyst. In this role, Bogdan developed and maintained in-depth financial models for the fund’s largest positions and conducted extensive due diligence, including meeting with management teams, industry experts, and buy-side and sell-side analysts. He was responsible for sourcing and developing investment ideas and recommending trade and risk mitigation strategies for the portfolio.
Bogdan received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Schulich School of Business, York University.
Jamie is based in Calgary, Alberta, and is focused building Marquee’s training and consulting practice in Western Canada. Prior to joining Marquee, Jamie spent 15 years in the capital markets and energy industries, primarily in an investment banking role.
Most recently, Jamie was operating his own practice providing financial modeling and strategy consulting services to privately-held companies in the oil & gas sector. This work included building customized budget models with input from technical, accounting and corporate finance teams, communications and advocacy work and confidential advisory services.
Prior thereto, Jamie was a Vice President/Director, Investment Banking, and worked for 5 years with a team that moved from UBS Securities to found the Calgary investment banking offices for Wells Fargo Securities. The group focused on M&A advisory and capital markets execution for mid to large cap clients in the E&P (conventional and oil sands), midstream and oilfield services sectors.
Jamie began his career in investment banking with Merrill Lynch as a summer student and full-time hire and has also spent time in investment banking covering E&P, midstream and services companies with Genuity Capital Markets, Versant Partners and TD Securities. In addition, Jamie spent one year covering large cap E&P & oil sands companies as an Equity Research Associate at Genuity Capital Markets.
Jamie received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and has attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
As part of The Marquee Group’s consulting practice, Brendan is responsible for a team that delivers best-in-class financial models and custom Excel solutions. He is an adamant believer that a financial model should act as both a powerful presentation tool and a dynamic spreadsheet. Additionally, Brendan works with the Financial Modelling Institute to manage and execute the exam grading process.
At Marquee, Brendan has led and executed numerous consulting engagements including a budget forecast model for one of the Large Canadian Banks, standardized lending assessment tools for multiple Government-sponsored Investors, and a merger model for a C$1.1 bn Energy Services Company. He has also had experience building forecast models and data analysis tools in a broad array of sectors including Financial Services, Private Equity, Technology, Real Estate, Mining, Charitable Organizations, and Food Service.
Prior to joining Marquee, Brendan worked as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at BMO Capital Markets. During that time, he was actively involved in transactions totaling over C$30 billion in enterprise value. He has extensive experience in a broad array of sectors including Power & Energy Infrastructure, Metals & Mining, Media & Communications, Technology and Forestry.
Brendan received his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Major in Finance from Dalhousie University.
As part of The Marquee Group’s consulting practice, Kim is responsible for delivering best-in-class financial models and custom Excel solutions. She is a firm believer that the key to success is working with clients to recognize their underlying business needs and developing solutions that allow them to focus on driving their business forward.
Kim has experience building budget and forecast models as well as reporting and data analysis tools in a broad array of sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare Services, Consumer Packaged Goods, Manufacturing, and Food Service.
Prior to joining Marquee, Kim worked as the Accounting Manager and Regional Controller for Supremex Inc. During that time she was responsible for the financial affairs of the region as well as the strategic and process management of finance, sales, and operations. She also spent over a decade in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Services industries, focusing primarily on government funding and reimbursement policy as determinants of revenue.
Kim received her Masters of Business Administration (Marketing and Strategic Management) from Schulich School of Business at York University and holds the CPA, CMA designation. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours – Management Accountancy) from the University of Waterloo.
Amir joined The Marquee Group in January 2020 and as part of the consulting team he focuses on mandates including designing and building dynamic forecast models and custom data analysis solutions, as well as reviewing and auditing of clients’ financial models with respect to functionality, transparency, and user interface.
Before joining The Marquee Group, Amir worked in corporate advisory and consulting, delivering detailed financial analyses to clients and identifying and evaluating investment opportunities for direct/co-investment purposes. Previously, Amir was an Associate in the Life Sciences Equity Research Group at Canaccord Genuity where he worked on coverage of mid to small cap Canadian pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare companies. Amir also worked in the Public Equities Group at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), where he focused on various sectors including healthcare, telecommunication, and real estate. He started his career as a financial engineer at Algorithmics Inc.
Amir received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He also holds a Post-Graduate degree in Financial Engineering from Schulich School of Business, and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from York University. Amir completed his undergraduate studies at York University with Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (with Honours) and Bachelor of Science in Biology. He holds the Advanced Financial Modeler (AFM) designation and is currently a level 3 candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Sophia joined The Marquee Group in 2011 and has spent the past 20 years in corporate finance, equity research and accounting. In addition to her role with The Marquee Group, she is also Vice President Finance for a division of Constellation Software, a $34 billion public company and top-ranked strategic acquirer of vertical market software businesses.
Sophia was formerly Vice President of Corporate FP&A and Treasury for New Signature, a global Microsoft Partner. Prior to this, she was a Vice President and Equity Research Analyst with TD Securities focused on special situations and diversified business trusts – a role that involved providing investment recommendations based on detailed financial models and analysis for companies such as BFI Canada Income Fund, Davis + Henderson Income Fund, Sleep Country Canada Income Fund and Arctic Glacier Income Fund among others. Sophia started her career with TD Securities in 2000 as an Associate Analyst focused on the Canadian bank sector.
Sophia earned her CPA, CA designation with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Assurance and Business Advisory Services and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto (Trinity College), with a Major in Economics.
Michael Milewski co-developed and instructs the Python course at Marquee. Michael has several years of programming experience and is also knowledgeable in Excel, SQL and R.
Michael is currently a PhD candidate at McMaster University with research interests in corporate finance, modelling and machine learning. Michael has taught Numerical Methods in the Master of Finance program at the DeGroote School of Business.
Prior to starting his PhD Studies, Michael worked in the Aerospace/Defense industry in various engineering leadership roles where he led a variety of initiatives including new product development, operational improvements, acquisition integration and marketing.
Michael also holds an MBA from McMaster University and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Gaina is passionate about teaching, finance, and macroeconomics. She has extensive experience teaching corporate finance, financial modeling and valuation topics.
Over the past decade, Gaina held various positions in capital markets, gaining experience in bond origination across various sectors, including retail, real estate, home building, industrials and oil & gas. Throughout her professional career, she has maintained her academic involvement and is a part-time finance Course Director at York University.
Prior to joining The Marquee Group, Gaina worked at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets as an Associate Director with the High Yield & Leveraged Finance group. She has been actively involved in the origination and execution of approximately $2 billion in Canadian high yield bond issuance. She has also worked on many strategic capital structure advisory files, providing views on optimal financing solutions to support leveraged buyouts, refinancing, corporate debt initiatives and acquisitions. Prior to that role, she participated in Scotiabank’s Global Capital Markets Rotational Program where she completed rotations in institutional equity sales, equity derivatives, foreign exchange, credit derivatives, corporate banking, leveraged finance and high yield origination, US debt capital markets, and emerging markets sales and trading.
In addition to her role with The Marquee Group, Gaina is also the Director of Investments and Advisory Services at Value Insight Realty, a commercial real estate company she co-founded with her husband. Gaina oversees the strategic direction, financial management and research for capital markets transactions.
Gaina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from York University and a Master of Finance degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. She has also attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.
Imran has spent the past 20 years in corporate finance, equity research and accounting. Imran is currently a strategy and market analyst at one of the largest energy companies in the world. His current and prior experience includes complex model creation, development, and due diligence for initial public offerings, project finance, and mergers & acquisitions.
Previously, Imran was an equity research analyst at OMERS Capital Markets and Accountability Research, covering energy (oil & gas, renewables, alternative energy) and special situations. Concurrently, he also served as an advanced accounting lecturer at York University.
Imran received his Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. He is a CA, CPA (Ontario) and is also a CPA in the state of Illinois, USA.
Steve joined The Marquee Group as an Instructor, in 2021 and has spent the past 15 years in equity research, investor relations, and various corporate finance roles. Steve has a passion for finance, investing and teaching.
Outside of his time at Marquee, Steve enjoys providing wealth management advice and actively managing investment portfolios.
Most recently, Steve worked in corporate development for a large multinational Oil & Gas company headquartered in Calgary, Canada. Prior to this, he led corporate planning and investor relations teams, while also participating in acquisition and divestiture mandates and corporate strategy. Steve also spent
more than five years in equity research, covering large cap Canadian Oil & Gas companies for both National Bank Financial and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, with a Major in Finance.
Vikram joined The Marquee Group as an Instructor in 2022 and has spent the past decade in equity research, investment banking, structured products and structured credit focusing on risk and valuations. Vikram is passionate about finance, investments, securitizations, mentoring and teaching.
In addition to leading courses with Marquee, Vikram teaches at several universities including Queen’s University (Corporate Finance courses), Concordia University (Valuations, Equity Analysis and Fixed Income courses) and York University (Derivatives courses). Vikram is also an active committee member at CFA Society Toronto where he co-leads the Mentorship Program.
Vikram has had equal sell-side and buy-side experience. He is currently working in the risk analytics division at a pension fund. He has worked previously in Citigroup (Investment Banking), Morgan Stanley (Equity Research) and Royal Bank of Canada (Structured Products).
Vikram holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Finance degree from the ICFAI University. He has also attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Cedric joined The Marquee Group as an Instructor in 2022 and focuses on training in financial modeling and data sciences. In a professional capacity, Cedric has a passion in finance, real estate, programming and teaching.
Previously, Cedric has spent a decade in various positions across 3 bulge bracket investment banks in New York. His most recent role was a Vice President in Citigroup as an Interest Rate Derivatives valuation specialist (data analytics). Prior to that role, he held different positions (Structuring / Trading & Product Control) in the Equity Derivatives space across Lehman Brothers and Barclays Bank.
Cedric received his Bachelor of Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) degree from University of Waterloo, and his Masters in Financial Engineering degree from Columbia University. He has also attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Tony joined The Marquee Group as an Instructor for the mid-market lending courses after his retirement in April 2023. Tony spent 33 years with RBC in various positions with increasing seniority in Account Management, Sales Management, and Risk Management. Tony worked in major cities such as Vancouver, Toronto, and New York. Tony has a passion for risk management, as well as learning and development.
Outside of his time at Marquee, Tony enjoys mentoring new immigrants who seek to restart their careers in North America and spending time with his new grandson.
Prior to his retirement, Tony led the Corporate Client Group Finance team in Western Canada as Managing Director and was responsible for managing the underwriting teams in Western Canada. Prior to leading the Western Canada underwriting teams, Tony was responsible for leading the Corporate Client Group team in British Columbia. Tony also developed the mid-market lending curriculum while at RBC.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Windsor. Tony is a CFA Charterholder.
Shailen joined Marquee in 2020 as an analyst and supports all areas of the business. Shailen is primarily responsible for designing and building dynamic forecast models for the firm’s Solutions practice. He supports the training team by serving as a teaching assistant for some of Marquee’s courses.
Prior to joining Marquee, Shailen completed summer internships in both Finance and Management Consulting. Most recently, he worked as an Analyst at Aviso Wealth. Shailen also strives to educate Canadians via public mediums on the importance of Personal Finance and Investing.
Shailen completed an Honors Business Administration (HBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. He also holds the Advanced Financial Modeler (AFM) designation.
Harlan joined Marquee in 2022 as an Analyst and assists in all aspects of the firm’s training business. In his role, Harlan is supporting Marquee’s Principals and Instructors to deliver best-in-class training programs and helping to grow the business.
Harlan is responsible for maintaining and developing course materials, overseeing the Teaching Assistant Program, assisting Principals with course development projects as well as supporting overall Business Development initiatives.
Prior to joining The Marquee Group, Harlan spent five summers working at RKY Camp, a small not-for-profit summer camp where he progressed through a number of leadership roles. Outside of work, Harlan enjoys conducting research for his personal investment portfolio.
Harlan recently graduated from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree.
Business Professionals
Since joining Marquee in 2012, Lisa has held a variety of progressive roles and has rapidly grown with the business. In her current role, Lisa leads all of Marquee’s client operations, internal technology, and human capital programs. She is responsible for ensuring that the firm has the right people, technology, and capabilities to create a high-performance culture and efficiently deliver best-in-class training programs and consulting services.
Lisa manages all aspects of operations including vendor and contract management, technology initiatives, and client services. As a trusted business partner, she maintains and nurtures client relationships. As The Marquee Group continues to grow, Lisa also leads employee lifecycle programs to ensure Marquee attracts, retains, and develops industry leading talent.
In her previous role, Lisa spent 7 years as an HR Generalist supporting the Academic Portfolio at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Prior to that, Lisa was the Coordinator of the Master of Financial Economics Program, a new collaborative program between the Department of Economics and the Rotman School of Management.
Lisa received her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto with a specialty in Industrial Relations.
Lydia is passionate about strong planning & analysis to make better data-driven decisions and leads Marquee’s internal finance function. She manages all financial operations and related processes and tools at the firm.
At Marquee, Lydia leads the annual financial planning and forecasting process, develops monthly financial reports and metrics analyses, and establishes finance policies & procedures. Lydia also oversees projects such as automation efforts, cost optimization, vendor assessments, board material preparation, and other initiatives that support Marquee in delivery of its industry-leading education to clients worldwide.
Lydia has extensive finance and corporate development experience from some of Canada’s top publicly-traded technology companies. From Nortel to Cognos, the Royal Canadian Mint to BlackBerry, Bell Canada and Big Viking Games, Lydia has held a variety of roles and led teams that were responsible for managing multi-million dollar budgets. Her responsibilities have included developing and implementing business assessment processes and tools on internal venturing and corporate development teams, managing financial planning and analyses teams, and providing key insight to small and large business units as their finance business partner.
Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Telfer School of Business at the University of Ottawa.
Donna has spent her career in business operations and keeps all aspects of the Marquee office running smoothly. She is often the first point of contact for client queries and is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service for the firm.
Before joining The Marquee Group, Donna worked at Canaccord Genuity as an Executive Assistant supporting the Global Co-Head of Investment Banking. Prior to that, she worked for the Chairman and CEO of MDC Partners and the Investment Banking department at BMO Capital Markets.
Kayla is responsible for organizing and coordinating hundreds of training days delivered by Marquee each year. She is accountable for managing the end-to-end training management process which includes everything from the initial client scoping discussion to final course wrap-up.
At Marquee, Kayla has been instrumental in implementing new operational processes to ensure a seamless experience for clients and participants. These processes have included creating project charter documents, utilizing a new online course management tool, and building a repository of instructor teaching materials. Kayla ensures that print orders, course pages, equipment vendors, and other logistics are fully accounted for during the planning process. Kayla especially enjoys liaising with clients to understand how she can play an integral part in exceeding their training goals and objectives.
Prior to joining The Marquee Group, Kayla worked for the Make-A-Wish Quebec Foundation for six years. As Wish Coordinator, she organized life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Whether she was planning international travel experiences or simply organizing a hospital room decoration, Kayla found immense purpose bringing joy to children during very difficult times in their lives.
A native of Montreal, Kayla is fluent in both English and French. Kayla completed her Diploma of College Studies at Dawson College where she studied Community Recreation & Leadership Training.
As the Operations Coordinator at The Marquee Group, Sameen supports a broad range of functions and duties for the Business Team. Sameen manages our Open Enrollment courses and coordinates all sessions for our professional societies and university programs. Sameen also works closely with our
Logistics Manager around the coordination and execution of our corporate training sessions.
Prior to joining Marquee, Sameen worked at Konica Minolta Business Solutions and gained valuable experience in customer operations as a Collections Representative and a Master Agreements Analyst.
Sameen received her Honours Bachelors of Science degree from the
University of Toronto. Her education focused on Biology for Health Sciences and Psychology amongst other criminology and social science courses.
